I wanted to take a minute and say “Thank You” to the many Ever-Lite™ camper owners who took the time to come by our booth at the Hershey, Pennsylvania show. As I think back on the event I remember visiting with five or six happy Ever-Lite™ owners each day.
What is remarkable about that is these people were stopping by for the sole purpose of talking with us about their Ever-Lite™. They wanted us to know how much they’ve enjoyed using it and tell us what they thought of the camper itself.
The comments were essentially all positive. Campers told us how they appreciate how the Ever-Lite™ tows because it is lightweight. They love the fit and finish along with the amenities and green features. They are pleased with the durability of the camper. They like the concept of doing away with wood and eliminating any concerns with rot and delaminating. And trust me, this is just what we want to hear!
When people expressed concern over a problem with the camper they seemed to always end the statement with something to the effect of, “But that was so minor,” or “But the dealer corrected it right away and it’s been perfect ever since,” or my favorite one was, “I’ve owned seven campers and the couple of things that needed correction on the Ever-Lite™ were so minor. I was used to fixing several things on previous campers.”
And that got me to thinking that as proud as I am of the work our team does at the EverGreen factory we still have to emphasize quality. An Ever-Lite™ camper is a premier vehicle and the ComposiTek construction process builds quality in from the frame up.
So I say again to Ever-Lite™ owners, thank you for purchasing an Ever-Lite™. Thank you for telling us how much you like it, and most importantly, please keep telling us your ideas for new amenities, improvements and any issues you have with your Ever-Lite™ camper. Our goal is for every owner to say, “Try as I may, I just can’t find even the smallest thing wrong with this camper.”
